With a passion for soccer deeply ingrained from his upbringing in Bothell, Austin Hill has dedicated his life to the beautiful game. With an ever-growing background, Austin spent three years as a professional player in Tijuana, Rochester and Hamburg, expanding his knowledge of the game at the highest level. Alongside that, he gained invaluable experience during his four-year background as a semi-professional player throughout 4 different countries.

Transitioning from player to coach, Austin has accumulated four years of coaching experience ranging from High School, to youth club, to Academy. As the Director of Outdoor Soccer at Snohomish Sky, he has played a pivotal role in developing young talent and fostering a culture of excellence within the club.

Austin's coaching philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of the mental and physical aspects of the game. His commitment to nurturing each player's unique strengths and capabilities sets him apart as a mentor and leader in the soccer community.
